I feel that life, through both suffering and curiosity, has led me to seek truth, beauty, and love. This journey first sparked my interest in art, later in science, and finally in therapy and spirituality. Currently, I strive to integrate all these branches into a single path as a therapist, educator, and artist.

As a university professor, I have been an associate lecturer in the Department of Sociology at the University of Barcelona and the Department of Social Work at the Open University of Catalonia between 2019 and 2025.

As a facilitator in the psychosocial field, I have conducted workshops and programs in prisons, mental health, refugee camps, migrant spaces, and with youth since 2012.

As an artist, I have published 4 musical albums since 2007, having performed concerts and recitals on various stages across the country and Europe. As a poet, I have published the collection of poems "Una voz que hable por mí" and participated in festivals such as the Granada International Poetry Festival. As a writer, I was awarded the Montserrat Roig literary creation grant from the Barcelona City Council, with which I wrote the novel "Destino Salónica", published in 2023 by Esdrújula Ediciones.

As a meditation practitioner, I began sitting formally in 2014, having since explored various traditional and modern paths until finding the paths of Non-Duality (Dzogchen, Mahamudra, Advaita). Currently, my practice and research incorporate elements from different mystical and contemplative traditions, with a special focus on Vajrayana Buddhism.

This deep training and experience in the psychosocial, academic, spiritual, and artistic fields allow me to accompany people in a therapeutic process, attending to their mind, body, social environment, and essence.

My Methodology

Pedagogy of Being

The Pedagogy of Being addresses in depth three fundamental dimensions of our psychological, relational, and existential well-being. When identity, belonging, or purpose are fragmented or conditioned by fear, wounds, or disconnection, suffering appears as a disconnection from the reality of what Is and what We Are.

Conversely, when these dimensions begin to align and integrate with coherence, a more conscious, harmonious, and joyful life emerges.

Somatic Humanism

Our nature tends toward fulfillment. However, the difficulties we experience in our environment cause us to build barriers to protect our essence, and in doing so, we become disconnected from it. The body, however, knows the way back to our unique potential. By safely accessing the memories stored in the body and rescuing the healthy and functional aspects of our personality, we can walk the path back to ourselves and open up to life.

Transpersonal Vision

We often tend to think that achieving the idea of what we should be, healing the wounds that hurt and limit us, or progressing in one skill or another will lead us to happiness. By understanding that our essential nature is authentically pure and complete and is available to us at all times, we find the fulfillment and well-being we long for when we free ourselves from the clouding of our consciousness. This state is not conditioned by the goals of the personal path, as it lies beyond the person with whom we identify. Learning to recognize ourselves in this essence that we Are, in the Presence beyond identities and concepts, is truly the foundation of our well-being and the deep, real source of our potential.

"The spiritual is personal, the personal is social, the social is political, the political is spiritual..."
